I'm just a girl with a blog... I laugh uncontrollably...so much so I wake up from funny dreams laughing...my friends love that I can make them laugh, and always ask me what I'm on...my answer is milk of course :) I miss my friends like crazy! rev your engine!

hey my lovelies just wanted to share a recipe for one of my favorite breakfast meals....afterall it is the most important meal of the day!   You can prepare it the night before for an easy grab-n-go breakfast.  It's packed with protein, vitamins and minerals, to rev your engine all morning long :)

Breakfast Protein Parfait
(1 Serving)
Here's what you need:
6oz Greek yogurt, plain, fat free
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop high quality strawberry or vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup fresh berries
1 tbsp. pecan pieces, toasted
  1. In a small bowl use a whisk to combine the yogurt, cottage cheese and protein powder. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Place half of the yogurt mixture into a clear cup, top with the berries and then the remaining yogurt mixture. Top with pecans.
